When I finally got serious and started my own vintage shop on Etsy, I stocked it with my own collection that I was ready to part with. As I have ventured out and started really gathering inventory for the shop, I have come to realize that I gravitate towards separates. Which is kind of weird, especially since I've been in the vintage game for years and in a brick and mortar shop, vintage separates do not sell like dresses! AT ALL!

But I'm a top and bottom kind of girl and I have a pretty high standard when it comes to vintage..so I think it's a win/win for all the girls out there that aren't super keen on wearing dresses day in/day out.

Finally found the perfect breton stripe shirt.

When I say finally, I mean this search has gone on years.

Yes, I could have searched on the internet, clicked buy, and had it delivered on my doorstep in 3-5 business days...but what's the fun in that.

I'm not sure why, but I insist on searching and hunting and waiting and forgetting and then remembering and then finding.

But I guess when all is said and done, I know that I am sure that I want what I finally found.
