I seriously feel like some of my choices in fashion are my way subconsciously to not grow up and feel old. I mean, safety pins...really. But these are so good and it's not like I just want to rip a tshirt up and safety pin it back together...well I kind of do..but I'll refrain...for now. I love the images above because it takes such a simple object and takes it to a higher place. A place that you don't question taste, class, or age. But a place that makes you stand back and admire such complex simplicity.
Now...I kind of feel like I'm making excuses for my need for safety pin experimentation but I'm a grown ass woman and I do what I want.
